Recruiting service
Richard & Sons Trucking provides recruiting and referral services. Submission of a driver form does not create employment, guarantee an interview, guarantee placement, or make Richard & Sons Trucking the driver’s employer.
Carrier responsibility
Motor carriers are responsible for final hiring decisions and for their own DOT qualification, Clearinghouse, drug/alcohol testing, background/MVR, payroll, safety, and employment compliance obligations.
Accuracy
Users should provide accurate, current information. False or misleading information may result in a referral being discontinued.
No sensitive-document upload
Do not send highly sensitive identity or account credentials through the public forms unless a separate secure process specifically requests them.
Communications
Users who provide contact authorization may receive recruiting-related communications. You may ask us to stop optional texts or marketing communications.
Carrier commercial terms
Placement fees, candidate ownership, payment deadlines, guarantees, replacements, and other commercial terms are governed by a separately executed carrier recruiting agreement or fee schedule.
