What we collect
Richard & Sons Trucking may collect information you voluntarily provide through this recruiting site, including name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, CDL class/state, driving experience, endorsements, job preferences, equipment experience, carrier hiring information, and communications with our recruiting team.
What we do not ask for on this site
Do not submit Social Security numbers, Social Security cards, medical cards, CDL photographs, banking credentials, Clearinghouse passwords, or other identity documents through the public forms.
How information is used
Driver information is used to evaluate potential recruiting matches, communicate about job opportunities, and, when appropriate, refer candidates to prospective carrier employers. Carrier information is used to respond to hiring requests and provide recruiting services.
Sharing
Driver information may be shared with prospective carrier employers when relevant to a recruiting opportunity. We do not intend to sell applicant personal information to advertisers. Carrier employers remain responsible for their own hiring, qualification, background-check, DOT, and employment processes.
Contact consent and opt-out
If you authorize recruiting communications, you can ask us to stop text messages or other optional recruiting communications. Requests should be honored promptly. If automated calling/texting technology is later used, additional legal and technical controls may apply.
Security and retention
We use access controls and other technical safeguards, but no system is risk-free. Information is retained as reasonably necessary for recruiting, contractual, recordkeeping, security, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information we control, subject to legitimate recordkeeping and legal obligations. Contact: [email protected].
